Families will feel right at home here

Spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The fabulous comfy beds were great after a long day, and I couldn’t believe we had kangaroos right outside our door. A real treat for the kids

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but for what we got, it was still within reason

Our group had a fantastic time. The setting was awesome, with kangaroos in the backyard. We enjoyed our well-equipped cottage and the peaceful surroundings. The location allowed us to visit some beautiful spots, and we even saw echidnas searching for ants! Definitely a great choice for a getaway.

The only downside was the thin walls between bedrooms, which made it tough to sleep with all the noise.

    Kangaroo sightings at dawn

Waking up to the sight of kangaroos bounding around the cabin was pure magic. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the space felt cozy and welcoming.

The absence of cleaning supplies like cloths made tidying up a bit tricky. Additionally, having no milk for coffee was a bummer since we were away from stores.

great location , but room needs upkeep

The staff were fantastic , providing prompt assistance. The kitchen was in good condition and very serviceable for cooking meals. I loved the privacy of the location, surrounded by nature, which made our stay feel quite cozy.

The room had some maintenance needs that detracted from the overall experience.

Comfortable Stay with Great Wildlife Views!

We enjoyed our stay in the cozy one-bedroom cottage. The proximity to the wildlife was magical, with kangaroos frequently visiting the area. However, the mattress was too firm for our liking. Be sure to check the kitchen equipment before use.

It was just a strong match for a short layover in Kingscote with reasonable value. The cabin had a cozy feel and was close to local attractions, which made our stay enjoyable. A tip for those staying here, bring your own cleaning cloths just in case!
